The scope of Consultancy services is to support 26 local Authorities in the districts of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa in the North Central province of Sri Lanka in carrying out the Design and Implementation/Construction of sub projects. Our team of consultants is engaged in carrying out surveys and investigations, detailed feasibility studies which includes a detailed environmental feasibility, economic and financial feasibility. Preparation of Detailed Designs and a Detailed Project Report (DPR), preparation of Contract documents for each identified sub project, followed by supervision of construction of the sub projects following award.

The outcome of the project will be improved local infrastructure and services delivered effectively by local authorities in less-developed areas of Sri Lanka. Under the project, about 108 local authorities selected in seven provinces (excluding the Northern and Eastern provinces), whose reform plans would be reviewed and confirmed by the government implement subprojects for roads and bridges, water supply and sanitation, drainage, solid waste management, and other basic facilities, including building or enhancing health-care centers and public markets. The project will also support the institutional strengthening of the local authorities for improved and sustainable service delivery through business process reengineering and the development of their information technology (IT) systems.
