The objective of this consultancy is to prepare architectural and engineering designs, prepare drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, schedules, technical specifications including environment, health and safety requirements, contract supervision and administration for the renovation and upgrading of the existing buildings and new constructions at SLFI with other necessary services on behalf of the client. The Consultant shall provide the services of multi-disciplinary team to complete all requirements in areas of architecture, engineering, structured plumbing, electrical, mechanical, civil, construction supervision and required landscaping. Each discipline must contribute to the following responsibilities accordingly after reviewing the current status of the facility and based on the client’s future requests and expectations:
