The objective of this assignment was for Project Management support for preparation of Tranche 2 sub-projects under this program which includes – a. Transmission projects, b. distribution projects, c. demand side management projects covering smart grid, smart buildings and cold storage.
- Transmission and Distribution projects
- Evaluate and finalise the tranche 2 transmission and distribution sub projects
- Carry out environmental and social safeguard assessment relevant to the tranche 2 transmission and distribution sub projects
- Demand side management projects covering smart grid, smart buildings and cold storage.
- Design the smart grid pilot project covering Tranche 1 with the participation of the CEB engineers
- Guide CEB to implement the smart grid pilot project by preparing specifications, request for proposals, selection of contractors, and ensuring the pilot project is implemented in accordance with the concept and the specifications
