The key objective of the assignment was for the the consultant to undertake comprehensive Social Assessment, Prepare LSAs, and assist The PMU in Mapping Livelihood Assistant Plan as outlined in the process map.
Specific objectives and output of this assignment:
- Plan and implement a systematic and extensive IEC Campaign, including systematic community consultation.
- Conduct socio economic Baseline Survey and assess the impacts likely to occur as a result of the project interventions
- Identify and prepare necessary details of households likely to be affected
- Prepare LSA Plan
- Provide fulltime and continuous implementation support to the communities as well as liaise with other government agencies for the implementation of LSA plans including measures to ensure effective redressal grievances
